Provide Ballot Scanning, Training, Support and Maintenance

Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 10/15/2024 for RFP # 24-201-R: Provide Ballot Scanning, Training, Support and Maintenance Services.

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

• BIDDER MUST SUBMIT ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND TWO (2) COPIES OF THIS BID
• IF NOTIFIED BIDDER MUST ATTEND GOVERNING BODY AWARD MEETING
• BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT THE ABOVE DATE IN THE COUNTY BID ROOM #335
