The City of Oakland, Department of Public works (OPW), Administration Division, seeks two investigator companies who can provide support on behalf of OPW in conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing comprehensive investigation summary reports. Investigators will also handle complex cases, such as potential standby fraud, by meeting with complainants to define the investigation scope, conducting and transcribing interviews with witnesses and subjects, and drafting detailed interview summaries.
