The Ohio Disease Reporting System (ODRS) provides real-time secured access for state and local public health practitioners to report infectious diseases.   ODH is in the implementation phase of a redesign/re-platform of the ODRS system.  The system requirements, both functional and non-functional, have been gathered.  The solution has been architected.   ODH began coding the new application more than 2 years ago and this is a continuation to complete that work.  We estimate there is about 1 year of development, Quality Assurance, and release management activities remaining.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000029656.  Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ ODH RFP #SRC0000029656/DOH57087 - Technical Proposa l” and " ODH RFP #SRC0000029656/DOH57087 - Cost Proposa l” as appropriate.
