Summary

The Ohio Department of Health is requesting quotes for purchase and delivery of display/exhibit cases with linen-wrapped decks.

Bidder must include a copy of item specifications and brand name of product being bid. Failure to include this information may result in disqualification of your bid submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery upon reciept for damages or incorrect item that do not meet spec outlind in this soliciatation.

Tarriffs and Shipping to the final destination MUST be included in quoted line item responce. Total invoiced amount can not exceed the amount of purchase order upon award.

Process

This award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.

All questions must be submitted via OhioBuys. Questions received after the inquiry end date will not receive a response.
