RFP for Integrated Data Management

Project Description: The County of York on behalf of the York County Department of Probation Services in Pennsylvania and its partners are seeking proposals from qualified software development firms or independent developers to design, develop, and implement an integrated data management system tailored to our business needs to enhance the delivery of services, promote fiscal efficiency, and improve the well-being of individuals engaged with services in the County of York. The County is seeking to improve its siloed data systems, processes, and visibility across its various programs and services. This request for proposal (RFP) provides the necessary information for interested parties to prepare and submit proposals.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to assess, design, implement and maintain a vendor-managed integrated data management system (IDS) utilizing the County’s server infrastructure. This system will serve as a centralized platform for data integration, analytics, and reporting enabling all county agencies to optimize resource allocation, enhance transparency, and deliver exceptional client-based services to the communities we serve.
