NOBH - Direct Digital Control Services

The contractor must possess the necessary training and certification to conduct preventative maintenance on the Automated Logic Direct Digital Control System, which includes performing software updates and system adjustments. Furthermore, the contractor is expected to fulfill the following requirements:

•  Provide labor to support the operation of temperature control systems, including
troubleshooting, data correction, and control adjustments.
•  Supply labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the work, with no allowance for subcontracting.
•  Notify the Building Superintendent of any necessary repairs. Parts and labor for such repairs will incur additional costs, and a written quote must be provided. A purchase order will be issued
prior to the commencement of any additional work. NOBH reserves the right to procure materials independently.
•  Schedule all work through the maintenance department, to be carried out from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
•  Offer emergency services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
•  Ensure  proper  tracking  and  accountability  of  all  equipment  and  supplies.

1. 1. OhioMHAS’s initial review of all proposals for timely submission;
2. 2. An evaluation committee review of the proposals for defects and scoring;
3. 3. OhioMHAS’s request for more information (clarifications, interviews, presentations, and/or demonstrations);
4. 4. Negotiations or best offer requests.
