EndoPro System - Software upgrade

Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to ThunderCat Technology for EndoPro System, software upgrade which provides comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care of Gastrointestinal issues for Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, dependents, and Retirees at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAAMC). Approximately 50% of patient encounters are endoscopic procedures requiring a detailed report to be placed in the medical record for both documentation and billing purposes. The current endowriting software has been hampered by frequent crashes resulting in patient care delays and inability to easily access prior patient reports leading to limitations in quality control processes and clinical research endeavors.

Award will be made on or about 08 May 2025. The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 519190 is $27.5 million. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
