Equipment Rental & Snow Removal

Project Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Schuylkill Township is soliciting bids for EQUIPMENT RENTAL & SNOW REMOVAL. Sealed bids will be received electronically through PennBid no later than 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on April 13, 2026. Bids will be opened at 12:05 p.m. prevailing time on April 13, 2026, and publicly read and awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting on April 13, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Schuylkill Township Building, 111 Valley Park Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid as a proposal guarantee. NOTE: Contractor must be PennDOT prequalified in excavating and grading, bituminous paving, drainage (storm sewers), and inlets, manholes, etc. All equipment to be furnished with operator and fuel.

Schuylkill Township reserves the right to accept or reject all or any portion of any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or technicalities and to make the award in the best interest of the Township.
