Project Description: The Leon County – City of Tallahassee Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency requests Proposals for professional services to complete the roadway design, permitting, utility coordination and construction plans for the Northwest Connector Corridor Tharpe Street Project (“Project”). The Project is located on Tharpe Street in northwest Tallahassee and is a component of Blueprint’s Northwest Connector Project. Tharpe Street is a local east-west roadway within the City of Tallahassee, under the jurisdiction of Leon County (County Road (CR) 158). Design services shall include field survey, engineering design, and utility coordination (as applicable). Please see the attached documents for further information.
