The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit a request for quotes (RFQ) from contractors to provide Bed Equipment Rentals at James J. Peters as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) of the solicitation under an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) firm-fixed priced contract.

The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about November 20, 2024 to be posted to www.SAM.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, perspective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.

NAICS Code is 532490- Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a Small Business Size Standard of $40.0 Million. The classification code is W065 Lease or Rental of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit quotes to be considered by the Agency.

Period of Performance: Anticipated January 1, 2025 December 31,2025 with a provision of four (4) option years.
