The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the demolition of the former head start circle project.

The property is located west of the Sequoyah High School - address: 17091 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. A mandatory site visit is required. The mandatory site visit will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 17091 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 (Cherokee County). The contact person is: Marty Kimble_at (918) 570-9072. The scope of work is included in this bid packet.
Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
