Green Zone K-8 Phase 2 - Shell Package

Project Description: The project consists of a new 215,000 SF K-8 school on an existing site.
The Morganti Group, Inc. will receive Sealed Bids for the Green Zone K8- Phase 2: Shell Package located at S. 13th St, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager. The Bid Package and Bid Documents will be available via a secure link to pre-qualified bidders on or about Monday, July 20, 2026 by request to estimating@morganti.com. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: concrete, CMU, Structural Steel, and MEP Sleeving.
Sealed bids are due no later than Thursday, August 20, by 2:00pm, to 9461 Brandywine Ln, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986, Attn: The Morganti Group, Inc., c/o St Lucie Public Schools. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (150) days. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids. Interested parties are requested to send an email to estimating@morganti.com to request a pre-qualification package. Once completed, the pre-qualification questionnaire must be returned by email to estimating@morganti.com in order to receive a secure link to the bid documents.
