Request for General Contractors Prequalification Submittals ? Room 101 Lab Renovation ? 2101 Blue Ridge Road

North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to Lab Renovation, located on Reedy Creek. The project scope includes Renovation of approximately 870 SF of existing laboratory spaces, focusing on a single laboratory within this scope. The intended renovation aims to adapt the laboratory for new uses, necessitating minimal updates to interior finishes and utilities.

To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor’s license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value, and preferably in a university campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above.

To be considered, the contractor must obtain an application package from the NC State University Project Manager and submit a fully completed qualification document by 5:00pm October 1 ^st , 2025, to Bosa Grgurevic, project manager, by email only to DC_Formal_Prequal@ncsu.edu . No hard copies will be accepted.
