This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a Single Purchase order for the Utah Department of Transportation, Region 3 through UDOT Division of Purchasing.
UDOT is seeking to purchase a used 2020 or newer Modular or Mobile Office Construction Trailer from qualified suppliers to be delivered to the Roosevelt Station headquarters.
The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and UDOT Region 3 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT260222CN. This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
