Governance Framework Management Consulting RFP

The Province is seeking Proponents capable of providing various management consulting services, including, but not limited to, strategic planning, organizational review & change management, process review & optimization, technology implementation & support, and market research & jurisdictional scanning. The Province has an increasing need for industry expertise and global perspectives on technology and innovation to deliver modernized, digital services to Albertans while increasing efficiency and reducing costs. The Province is seeking a Management Consultant capable of providing advice on an as needed basis for a six month term. There with be a possibility of an extension for up to six additional months. The successful Proponent will bring in consulting services to support Court Technology Services (CTS) with overall executive facilitation of the development of the Strategic planning and Governance framework.
