As-Needed Pest Control Services

The City of Pontiac, Michigan is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced pest control service providers to furnish comprehensive pest management services at all City-owned and City-operated facilities. The City intends to award a three-year contract to the responsible proposer whose proposal is determined to provide the best value to the City based on qualifications, service approach, responsiveness, and unit pricing.

The City of Pontiac is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed pest management contractors to provide comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for City-owned facilities. The purpose of this contract is to protect the health and safety of employees, residents, and visitors by preventing and controlling pest activity through proactive inspection, monitoring, treatment, and reporting.

The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and licensed personnel necessary to provide routine and emergency pest control services for municipal buildings identified by the City. Services will include the inspection and treatment of interior and exterior areas to control rodents, insects, termites, and other common pests using environmentally responsible practices that emphasize prevention, monitoring, sanitation recommendations, exclusion, and targeted treatments.
