This scope of work outlines the requirements for the replacement of four (4) existing fan-coil HVAC units within the Aircraft Control Tower, Building 1806, at Columbus Air Force Base, MS. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to complete the work as described within the Statement of Work (SOW), in accordance with all applicable building codes, Air Force regulations, safety regulations, and the manufacturer's installation instructions.
