The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors (Offerors) to provide landscape bed maintenance services for the Cityâs Department of Public Works managed landscape beds. Services provided shall include all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation needed to perform the required maintenance services.The City has forty-one (41) landscape bed locations throughout the City. The City reserves the right to add/remove locations. See Attachment J. Cost Proposal Form for locations.The contract is anticipated to begin September 1, 2025.
