Project Description: The City of Norwalk (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide payment processing services for debit/credit cards, ACH payments, electronic checks and other forms of electronic payments for the purpose of paying charges to the Tax Collector. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
