Description
The National Research Council of Canada (NRC), Saguenay site, aims to redesign the furniture of a mechanical testing laboratory, a machining workshop, and a large-scale laboratory. With investments made over the past two years, these laboratories had to be relocated, and the equipment was repositioned to optimize storage space and prioritize worker ergonomics. Consequently, the entire furniture layout needs to be reconsidered to store tools scattered across various storage units. This robust furniture will enable efficient use and adequate storage of tools and components from various industrial-grade machines. Installing shelves, storage drawers, workbenches, and workstations will help maintain a well-organized workspace while also contributing to improved ergonomics and efficiency.
The scope of the work includes the supply, transportation, installation, floor anchoring (if specified), and documentation.
All the deliverables must be received within 12 weeks after the contract award date.
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s).
