This solicitation is for MBE dealers only.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting MBE dealers for products on state contracts RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135 and 0A1375 (Index GPC033) and on STS033. Only MBE suppliers on RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135, 0A1375 and STS033 or MBE suppliers who offer this item on an existing state contract may respond to this solicitation.  List of items to be covered and their serial numbers are in the attachments. Term is 3/25/26 -7/31/26

Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitaiton.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.

No third party maintenance or support will be accepted.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
