Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, Mississippi, will receive sealed or electronic bids at Jackson County Purchasing Department office located at 2915 Canty Street, Suite D, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567 until 12:00 p.m. (CT) on April 9, 2026 . All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:00 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, April 9, 2026 , in the Board of Supervisors' Board Room in the Jackson County Services Complex. This agreement shall be in effect from April1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, unless terminated ea r lier in accordance with the provisions herein. The agreement may be renewed at the discretion of Jackson County upon written notice to Cont r actor of intent to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the expi rati on of the contract for a period of four (4) successive one - ye ar pe r iods under the same pr i ces , terms and conditions as i n the original agreement.

BRIDGE COMPONENTS

Contractors have the option of submitting their bids sealed in an envelope or electronically through www.jacksoncoplans.com . If sealed envelope bid is subm itt ed by mail, the post office address of the Purchasing Department is P.O. Box 998, Pascagoula, MS 39568. Bids may be delivered to Cindy Steen, Purchasing D i recto r , 2915 Canty Street, Suite D, Pascagoula, MS 39567 .

All bid envelopes shou l d contain the bidder's name and mailing address on the ou t s i de of the envelope and specify the name of the bid i tem .

When subm i tting an electronic bid, the bid must be submitted in "pdf' forma t and shall contain the same information and forms as require for the paper bids. When submitting a bid electronically, the authorized signature may be a hand-written blue ink signature or be an electronic signature. An electronic bid document can be viewed or down l oaded from www.jacksoncoplans.com . Contractors will be r equ i red to register FREE with Plan House Document Management at www.jacksoncoplans.com to subm i t an elect r on ic bid . The Jackson County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to award said bid in the best interes t of the County. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and inves t igating the qualifications of bidders, prior to award of the contract.
