Project Description: The City of Waco requests bids from qualified participants to provide and replace filters on building HVAC units per the schedule provided. All HVAC filters provided must meet or exceed a Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) rating of 8, in accordance with industry best practices for commercial and public buildings, ensuring optimal indoor air quality and system performance. Bidders must provide documentation certifying that the filters meet or exceed these standards. Contractors are encouraged to propose eco-friendly and energy-efficient products and services where possible.
