The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to enter into a contract or purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest bid to provide and install flooring at three separate residences.
Please note: Carpet should be durable, intended for high traffic to increase lifespan, preferably some sort of pattern, stain resistant, and easy to clean.
* Each vendor will be responsible for their own measurements.
* A walk through of the houses is planned for Monday June 30, 2025 at 10:30 am.
* We will meet in the Physical Plant Conference Room at 225 E 100 N Ephraim UT, 84627. (Pictures of the outside of the Physical Plant provided in the public files section of this bid).
* We would like this project completed before students move back to campus (August 23, 2025).
Tan House: 63 E 100 S, Ephraim, UT 84327
* Bedrooms (5)
* Looking for dark, maybe navy, carpet tiles.
* Living Room
* Same Carpet Tiles as bedroom
Red House: 68 S 100 E, Ephraim, UT 84627
* Bedrooms (6)
* All 6 bedrooms need new carpeting
* Looking for dark, maybe navy, carpet tiles.
* Living Room
* Same carpet tiles in the living room as bedrooms
* The upstairs bathroom needs to be refinished
* With new tile or bathroom flooring
* Water splashing from the shower has been leaking into the living room below some repairs may be needed.

* The upstairs bedrooms need new carpet
* Looking for dark, maybe navy, carpet tiles.
* The living room needs the same carpet tiles as the bedrooms
Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This RFQ shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this RFQ. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this RFQ.
Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids.
Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
