To eliminate the risk of bidder disqualification based on failure to re-submit in response to an Amendment, as required by the new BC Bid rules, BC Hydro has changed its practice as of November 24, 2022, such that all changes to BC Hydro (including Q&As and Addenda) are now treated as “Addenda” (and not “Amendments”) within the BC Bid rules and, as such, no longer require re-submission by the bidder of any already made submission. Supplier Registration

The anticipated requirements generally include: (1) Pre-fabrication documentation; (2) Sourcing, fabrication, assembly of pump skid with valves and instruments; (3) sourcing of instruments, valves, accessories, piping; (4) FAT and ready for shipment; (5) Transportation of Hazmat containers w/preassembled pump/valve skids; (6) Supply and on-site assembly of fabricated piping; (7) On-site installation of tanks, piping, instruments and integration;(8) On-site installation of electrical and control cables; (9) On-site performance testing & commissioning; (10) on-site acceptance test, commissioning and training.
Delivery or completion date is July 15, 2025.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
