The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) support services. The scope of services includes Preventive Maintenance (Firm-Fixed-Price) and unscheduled repair services (Time and Materials). Services are required for DeCA commissary locations in Louisiana (Barksdale Air Force Base and Fort Polk) and Kansas (Fort Leavenworth and Fort Riley). Equipment lists, a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Preventive Maintenance Checklist, and other supporting documentation are provided as attachments to this notice. The applicable NAICS code is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.
This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for the purpose of conducting market research to assess vendor interest, identify capable sources, and determine the feasibility of a small business set-aside. Small businesses and other interested vendors, particularly those located in the local and surrounding areas, are encouraged to respond. Responses must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) via email to the Primary Point of Contact listed in this notice.
