Online Auction Platform for the Alabama Department of Revenue.
Questions must be submitted by August 6, 2026, at 4:30 pm CT to the email address listed in the RFP Standard Terms and Conditions.

Proposal Submission:
All proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the Division of Procurement in a sealed envelope or box by the date noted below. The package must be labeled with the solicitation number and proposal title. The package must include one (1) electronic copy of the proposal on a USB drive. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure submissions are received by the specified deadline.
