Description

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.



The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain elevator spare parts program for U.S. Government at Libreville for a Facility Management Project at NEC Libreville. The Contractor shall provide the required elevator spare parts.





The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.





The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on April 10, 2025 at 14:00 a.m. (local time) at the US Embassy Libreville. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Wilfrid Ndoutoume Amvame by email at NdoutoumeWA@state.gov before April 3rd, 2025 at 15:00 (local time) for additional information .



All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database
