Project Description: This project consists of constructing a new maintenance building for Salt Lake County Park Operation staff at the Butterfield Trailhead in Herriman, UT. The base bid is for a 1,786 square foot building with a shop, office locker room and public restroom and an alternate bid for an additional 858 garage and other work per the plans and specifications.
