AMENDMENT 0001:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Address vendor inquiries that were received within the inquiry period (pg 70). No more inquiries will be addressed.

2. Incorporate minor clarifications and administrative changes to the solicitation and PWS.

This is a solicitation for commercial products and commercial services. The Government contemplates a single award of a base plus four option year, Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract resulting from this solicitation.

This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation for Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHCS).

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 485991, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million.

The FSC/PSC is V212.

The anticipated period of performance is 01/01/2026 - 12/31/2030 [subject to change].
