This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as applicable, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation.
73351024Q0173 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). All quote submissions are due by Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 5:00PM EST, no exceptions. Questions are due by or before November 29, 2024 at 5:00PM EST. Quotes and questions shall be submitted via email to the Point of Contact (POC) identified in the solicitation. This is a total small business set aside.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract; it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach; nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation costs.
The purpose of this acquisition is to produce an empirical research report on finance access or lending issues pertinent to small business. Using economic data, this report will analyze a timely finance topic of relevance for small businesses such as; patterns in small business lending by loan and lender type and sizes, the role of community banks in small business lending, Fintech and artificial intelligence in the small business credit market and their contributions and challenges, the impact of bank and non-bank suppliers engaged in today’s small business lending, recent developments and trends in small business capital access amid inflation and unpredictable interest rates.
