This is a MARKET SURVEY to determine if there are any potential vendors interested in the subject requirement and to gain improvements and recommendations from industry. The requirement is for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Funded – David Wayne Hooks (DWH) Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Replacement. Attached is the Market Survey Package and draft documents for vendor's reference.
