IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the VHA s Network Contracting Office 23 awarded a proposed contract action exceeding $25,000.00 for an Emergency repair located at Iowa City VA Health Care Systems for their InterSight Mobile 5. Only one (1) responsible source IAW procedures prescribed in FAR 13.106. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. This public notice is also IAW FAR 6.305. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 334517. For additional information regarding this action, please contact the above POC.
