The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure a snatch block.

This procurement is set-aside for small businesses only. For boxes that weigh over 40lbs, the material must be palletized when arriving at Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
