The change provides clarification to the Instructions for the Preparation of Offers (FAR 52.212-1 Addendum) Offer Submission Requirements section regarding required photos and other documentation adequate to confirm the specifications as listed in Attachment 001 Used Lowboy Trailer Specifications.pdf. This documentation can be submitted separately from the Transmittal Summary. Attachment 001 Used Lowboy Trailer Specifications.pdf.is unchanged.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
