This procurement is a total Small Business set-aside.
Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the Vendor Information Page (VIP) at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov). Additionally, prospective offers must be registered in the https://sba.gov database.
Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 325412 with a size standard of 1,300 Employees.
