Passenger Mobility Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority) is hereby issuing this Solicitation (hereinafter, “ITN”) with the purpose of obtaining proposals from experienced, reliable, innovative and qualified Respondents to furnish and manage passenger mobility vehicles and operators to assist passengers within Terminal C of MCO. Respondents must meet all requirements stated herein.

The Orlando International Airport (MCO), operated and managed by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (“Aviation Authority”), is projected to receive over 57 million domestic and international passengers during FY'25. MCO experienced a 15% growth in passenger traffic in 2023 and is currently served by 32 commercial airlines and 5 cargo carriers. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the busiest airport in the State of Florida and has been ranked the 7th most actively engaged airport in the United States and 18th in the world.
