MILL WOODS PARK PICKLEBALL COURTS

This invitation to bid is for the Town of Wethersfield to retain a contractor to complete the construction of four (4) new asphalt pickleball courts with acrylic surfaces in Mill Woods Park located at 154 Prospect Street. The project includes the complete construction of the courts within an approximate 130’ x 66’ area enclosed by a chain-link fence and associated gates, and sound attenuation panels, and installation of walking paths, drainage systems, rain garden, new trees, and restoration of disturbed lawn areas. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set-aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
