Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Facilities Management “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to provide Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) to assess the current state of the County’s various facilities and consider the condition of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural systems; identify deficiencies; and predict remaining useful life. Identify maintenance needs, prioritize repairs, estimate costs for long-term asset management and capital planning.
