Questions: Any bidder who wishes to request clarifications, or protest the requirements, standards, specifications or processes outlined in this Request for Bid may submit a written notification to the Parks and Recreation Director, Cole Stephens, at cstephens@kaysville.gov, to be received no later than August 29, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
Submission: Barnes Park. Bids will be accepted at the Kaysville City Parks and Recreation Building at 85 N 100 East until September 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time.
Pre-bid Conference: Kaysville City invites you to attend a pre-bid meeting on August 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Barnes Park Tower Restroom. This is not mandatory.
