Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of its Human Resources Division (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified insurers (“Proposer”) to provide comprehensive reinsurance coverage for its employee and retiree health insurance plans (“Plan”). The County intends to award one contract to an insurer capable of working collaboratively with its two (2) medical insurance carriers. Services under the awarded contract are expected to begin January 1, 2026.
