The purpose of this solicitation is for Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) to secure treatment, reentry, and aftercare services for youth in, or returning to, their homes and communities on parole following out of home placement or commitment to a state-operated TJJD facility. The purpose of these services is to strengthen reentry family services for youth returning to their home.
