This project includes, but is not limited to, parking lot reconstruction, pavement preservation, sidewalk
removal and replacement, concrete slab lift and undersealing, SWPPP installations, and traffic control.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the Temple College Purchasing Department located
at 2409 S. 1st Street, Building A, Room # 36113, Temple, Texas 76504 at 2:00 PM; on Tuesday, June 3,
2025. Although this is not a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference, it is highly recommended that all bidders
attend.
