Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Two locations: Location 1 is in Tabiona, construct a new metal building including excavation, concrete footing and foundations, Metal building and utilities per plan. Location 2 in Manila is to enclose an existing building and install garage and man doors and make other repairs per plan.
Construction Cost Estimate: $900,000.00
