BCS Nutrition Equipment (HHS, WBHS 9th, Montvale, Walland)

This bid is being issued to secure a “Contractor” to furnish and complete the installation of Food Equipment to include but, not limited to, equipment, freight, delivery, labor, materials, supplies, travel, haul away, et cetera as specified herein. The District is seeking a turnkey purchase and installation of all requested equipment within this bid. This bid is seeking equipment bids on behalf of Heritage High, William Blount High School 9th Grade Academy, Montvale Elementary, and Walland Elementary School as detailed in the specification documentation.

References to brand names, numbers or other descriptions particular to specific brand products are made to establish a required level of quality, and are not intended to exclude other products of that level.

Bid documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link. Manual (hard copy) bids are an optional method of response and must be submitted no later than the response deadline to Blount County Courthouse, Blount County Purchasing Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906.

These hard copy submissions must also include ALL documentation requested in the online system including, but not limited to, all online bid document attachments, response attachments, attributes and line items, and must have the Bid Cover Form attached to the OUTSIDE of the sealed envelope, with any required license information included.

Bid responses are not accepted via email or fax. Bidders must allow ample time to prepare and submit their response. No information may be submitted or modified beyond the Response Deadline Date / Time.

When registered, vendors may submit questions via the Questions tab for this ITB in the online bidding system. Please make note of the question deadline. Prior to bid submission, it is the bidder's responsibility to access the online bidding system and ascertain they have received any addenda, viewed answers to published questions and bid accordingly. This deadline also includes any Alternate requests. Please submit them under the questions tab.

The public bid opening will be held at the response submittal deadline at Blount County Courthouse, Blount County Purchasing Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906.
