ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the construction of the Witts Springs Community Fun Park to serve Witts Springs, Arkansas will be received by Searcy County, Arkansas, until 11:00 a.m. local time on December 6, 2024, located at 100 Nome St, Marshall, AR 72650, and then at said office publicly opened and read.
The project consists of the following:
Build/construct an eighth mile trail
Build/construct concrete handicap parking area and sidewalks
Resurface 40’x70’ concrete slab
Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at the Searcy County District Courthouse, 100 Nome St, Marshall, AR 72650. The CONTRACTOR will commence the work required by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS within 14 calendar days after the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED and will complete the same within 90 calendar days unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
Printed copies may be obtained at the office of Engineering Services, Inc., 1207 South Old Missouri Road, P.O. Box 282, Springdale, Arkansas 72765, Phone 479-751-8733, upon a nonrefundable payment of One Hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set. Digital copies may be obtained through QuestCDN or through www.engineeringservices.com upon a non-refundable payment of Forty dollars ($40.00).
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
