Start at the Intersection of Rt 1 and Rt 10. North on Rt. 1 until Rt 331. Turn left onto Rt 331 and proceed straight as it becomes Rt 155. Turn left onto Kenton Road and proceed straight as it becomes Rt 104. Continue on Rt 104 until the T-intersection with Rt. 8. Turn right onto Rt 8 and proceed until Rt 196. Turn left onto Rt 196 until Rt 203. Turn right onto Rt 203 followed by a quick left onto Rt 15. Proceed on Rt 15 until Wyoming Mill Spur. Turn left onto Wyoming Mill Spur. Proceed until the T-intersection with POW/MIA Pkwy. Turn right onto POW/MIA Pkwy and proceed until the T-intersection with Rt 13. Turn right onto Rt 13 and proceed until Rt 10. Turn left onto Rt 10 and return to origin.

Additional Requirements:
(1) The following entities must not be collocated with this requirement.
(2) This requirement must be located on the second story, or higher. The client agency will accept first floor space under the following circumstances: client agency is the sole tenant, there is a 20’ setback (A fence meeting client agency’s specifications may be required), Blast film on exterior windows/doors are provided at owner’s expense.
(3) Proposed parking area must be able to accommodate clearance for a 16’ truck.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”/“500-Year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Dover, DE, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
