NO. 5 BANK SQUARE EAST ST. LOUIS, IL 62203 Date: 12/31/2025 The Owner will receive sealed Bids until 10:00 AM local prevailing time on Wednesday the 4th day of February, 2026 at the Granite City Housing Authority 2517 Nameoki Road, Granite City, IL 62040. Project description: Kitchen countertop replacements including sinks and related accessories at forty-eight (48) dwelling units within twelve (12) buildings at the Granite City Commons development as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. Drawings and specifications will be available for viewing on the internet at: www.hurst-rosche.com and projects@siba-agc.org . The documents are being provided for reference purposes only. Bidders must obtain clean copies of the bid forms from the offices of Hurst-Rosche, Inc. by paying a non-refundable amount of $10.00 to submit a bid for this project. Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications, may be examined by prospective bidders and material suppliers at the offices of Hurst-Rosche, Inc., and the following Plan Room: Southern Illinois Builders Association, 1468 Green Mount Road, O'Fallon, Illinois 62269. BID BONDS: Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, U. S. Government Bonds at par value or a 5% bid bond secured by an approved surety company. BID SUBMISSIONS: All bids must be submitted and signed on the Bid Forms furnished in the Bid Packet. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your bid. HUD APPROVAL: The work is to be funded by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the contract administered by the GCHA. HUD reserves the right to approve the contractor selected by the Authority. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Owner.
