The U.S. Embassy Juba, South Sudan would like to invite your company to submit quotation for Provision of Dedicated 300/300 Mbps Fiber Internet Connectivity with Full Redundancy to Tactical Operations Center (TOC) at the U.S. Embassy Juba, South Sudan. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed price for one (1) base year with four-year optional periods to renew.

The question and quotation must be submitted electronically to JubaProcurement@state.gov before the cutoff date and time cited above, in English language and in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format not exceeding 45MB per file. The email subject line must read “Solicitation Number 19SS3026Q0008_PR15921848”.
No Proposal will be accepted after the specified date and time.
Each offeror will be responsible for determining the amount of labor that will be required to complete the services, and for pricing their proposal accordingly.
The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposal received. In addition, the contracting Officer reserves the right to establish a competitive range of one or more offerors to conduct further negotiations concerning price and other terms before awarding a contract, or award contract based upon initial proposals received without holding discussions.
