Greetings,
The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the partial replacement of the Fort Washington Armory Roof. The objective is to provide safe shelter and an improved quality of life for its occupants. The existing roof has experienced water infiltration, and related damage throughout. This condition is beyond repair and the existing roof must be partially replaced. The current roof leakage is a safety hazard and disrupts the quality of life of the residents, staff, and general public.Please see Scope of Services Memo for more information.
